Cucinato is a small Italian culinary studio at Lansdowne and St Clair West, built around public cooking classes and ticketed regional dinners. The calendar runs from a hands-on Neapolitan pizza class — dough, stretch, top and bake, no fancy equipment required — to Roman classics and a Best of Naples menu of polpette di melanzane, ragù and gattò di patate, with a Tuscan harvest dinner when the season turns. Classes are led by Italian chefs, including a pizzaiolo from Naples, and the room is available for private groups and corporate events. Bring your own wine for a corkage fee.
