Stelvio's pasta classes put you alongside the restaurant's executive chef to mix, knead, roll and shape a specific pasta — raviolo alla Parmigiana, tortelli, cappelletti, gnocchi — before sitting down to eat what you made. The classes are built for every skill level, from first-timers to home cooks who want to sharpen their technique. Upcoming dates are listed at the top of the class page, sold-out sessions below; each class is CA$75 plus tax, with a subscription option for regulars.
