The Big Cannoli does one thing at volume and does it well: cannoli filled to order so the shell stays crisp, alongside Sicilian cookies, cassata, tiramisu and celebration cakes. There is an espresso bar for the people waiting on a box — macchiato, and gelato made in house — and catering for the weddings and showers that fill the banquet halls along Highway 7. It is a production bakery rather than a café, so call ahead for anything larger than a dozen.
