Killick Kitchen took over 98 Main Street South in 2022 and quickly became downtown Georgetown's go-to for Italian comfort cooking with a Canadian accent. The kitchen is led by a chef with two decades in the region's best restaurants, and the dish that put the place on the map is the Alfredo — the sauce a partner grew up on, now the house signature. The menu splits between the two traditions the name promises: pastas and Italian plates on one side, burgers, sandwiches and Canadian comfort on the other. Dine in, take out, or book the room for a private party; there is a patio in the heart of the old town.
