Noah's Pizza

Noah's Pizza is the Goderich shop of a family-owned south-western Ontario brand whose pizzerias sit in the county towns of Clinton, Linwood, Wingham, Listowel and Mitchell — the newest of them here on Hamilton Street, a block off the courthouse square in the middle of Huron County's lakefront town. The menu is the full Ontario takeout canon: hand-tossed pizzas built to order, chicken wings, combos and sides, with walk-in, pickup and delivery and gluten-free options on the menu. It is the pizza Goderich orders by habit — family nights after the beach, the downtown crowd, the late-weekend run — on the same brand's map as its neighbours up and down the county.
