Pasqualino opened on Main Street East in 2002 and has been Milton's white-tablecloth Italian address since. Everything leaves the kitchen made in house — bread, pasta and pizza dough leavened with organic yeast and finished in the wood oven — built on D.O.P. ingredients and choice cuts of meat and fish. The wine list has earned Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence three years running, and there is a private cellar for events. Expect the full Italian arc: seasonal antipasti, homemade pasta, aged steaks, wood-fired pizza, and a dessert list worth staying for. Closed Mondays.
