Pasta Privato is hidden inside Notte Ristorante on Church Street, behind an unmarked entrance that opens onto a 24-seat room. Chef Michael Angeloni hand-forms every shape on the menu, which changes with the season and is served either as a full tasting menu or a shorter four-course prix fixe. It is reservation-only and deliberately small, closer to a chef's counter than a restaurant — one of the more interesting pasta experiences to open downtown in 2026, and a different night out from the larger Italian rooms a block away.
