Taverna Mercatto is the Mercatto group's large, easy-going room in the South Core, built for the city's lunch and after-work crowds. The menu runs the Italian canon — salumi and formaggi, wood-fired pizza, hand-made pasta and secondi — with a bar that mixes proper cocktails and pours Italian wines by the glass. A covered patio, a private dining room and long hours from breakfast through dinner.
