di Gusto brought a proper wood-fired oven to Sudbury's South End, on Regent Street, and built a menu around it: blistered Neapolitan-style pizza, pasta made fresh in house, and a wine bar list chosen to go with both. The room is casual enough for a family dinner and serious enough for a date, and it stays open seven days a week — later Tuesday to Saturday, earlier on Sunday and Monday. Takeout and delivery run alongside the dining room.
